MRDP series electric winch adopt marine electric motor as the source of drive, which is transferred by flexible coupler, sealed gear reducer, open gears, jaw clutch of drive reel to rotate. This winch use electromagnetic brake mode and has been outfitted with manual band type of brake and manual clutch. It has been applied in all kinds of lifting equipment of ships, oil field ports, mine and so on.
The marine electric motor for the winch matches automatic control box and electromagnetic brake, which is suitable for long distance operation and control to realize brake protection function. Its high protection grade insuring the motor works well in the condition of wind, sand and rain. When jaw clutch is released, the winch can lower freely with empty hook and this enhances working efficiency greatly. It locks the belt brake to protect the gear when the winch does not work and the reducer casing while protecting the brake at the same time.
